Losing it

Have you ever felt like you're beginning to lose it?  Well what is "it"?
Here's what it is for me:
Losing my mind -Sometimes I find (haha get it?  "find"...) that I forget what I have planned or forget something along those lines.
Losing track of time -Have you ever just sat there and thought about anything and everything?  This usually happens to me when I'm about to do something (such as homework).   Time escapes me in these moments.  It also happens when I get started on a project and get extremely sucked into it.  (particularly baking or some sort of organizing project)
Losing concentration -this goes along with the previous one; inability to concentrate [on homework] leads to losing track of time.  The difference, however, is that I had concentration, but it now is diminishing.
Losing face -this only happens occasionally.  I've been working on a personal goal for quite a while now (about 4 years): practice communication in being assertive (not to be mistaken with aggressive).  I hate confrontation and avoid it at all costs.  These are instances when I am "losing face".
Losing your train of thought -kinda goes along the same lines as ones above.  I can't remember what I was going to say about this...
That's All

ShaBANG!!

What a great girl's night with Shea!
(Chris included.  *Does that still make it a girl's night if he did homework while we had our fun?*)
Chips and Salsa.  Need I say more?
Bam! Look at my sweet nails!
Can you tell that there are words printed on them?

Here's what we did:

Paint nails with a light color and let dry completely
Soak in Rubbing alcohol for about a minute
Press newspaper clipping
Peel away
Cover with top coat
and Voila!

This coupled with Big Bang Theory made for a very enjoyable evening :)

Who we are

Hmm, what do I want to say about this?  I've been thinking about this since Sunday and haven't quite found the right words or thoughts to follow.  As more time goes on and this is on my mind, I find more and more that I want to say.  I'll try to keep it brief and to the point. In the order that I've been thinking about them:
One point:  We are ALL children of God.  Even those you can't stand.  Everyone deserves love, understanding, friendship and the gospel, so share what you can.  This is more of a reminder for myself because I get caught up in the stresses of the moment.  Remember to love, Breanna.  Remember to love.
Another point:  I am a child of God; this means that I can do great things.  I've been thinking about what I want to accomplish in the future and some of it seems really unlikely.  It's crazy to think that I will be teaching (granted it's student teaching, but it'll be REAL teaching right after!).  The thought is exciting as well as terrifying, but because of this one simple sentence, I know I can do it.
One more point:  Ya know when you're exercising and you think "OH my GOODNESS!  No more [insert exercise]!"?  Well yesterday I was doing an intense lower ab workout.  It seemed particularly hard -I've been slacking okay?  Don't judge :) Well I was thinking "2 whole minutes of the plank!?! There's no way..."  I decided to do as long as I could.  At one point, I felt like I absolutely couldn't hold myself up any longer.  I took a short pause and started again.  Amazingly, I did it!!  I even did longer than the 2 minutes.  During the second part, I kept replaying the line through my head "You can do it.  You are a child of God."  What a good motivation!

Spring Break

Cramming into the weekend what should be spread throughout the week (instead, I'm working.  But that's okay because money is always a plus, right!?)
Party for all the old friends
Bridal shower
Movie/hangout with other friends
 Shopping
Walking around Gateway and/or Temple Square
 Jazz game
and Dancing.
We'll see how much of if really happens.
My ideal spring break:

Wouldn't a cruise be just spectacular?!  I've never been before.  One day it's gonna happen.  Who's in for maybe around Christmas??
